Pakistan vs Sri Lanka 1st Test Preview - 21st Feb from Karachi

Pakistan will host first test after a gap of 14 months against Sri Lanka as the 1st test match will be played from Saturday, 21st February to Wednesday, 25th February, 2009 at National Stadium, Karachi.

Pakistan will play under new captain Younis Khan and will be without Sohail Tanveer and Shahid Afridia nd he will try with a winning start to his new role. 5 new players have been included in the team and on the match day who will get the chance in the playing 11.

This is the last series for Mahela Jayawardhane as captain and Sri Lanka will try to give winning farewell to him. Muralitharan and Mendis will be crucial in the win of the series.
