Third and final test match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be played from Monday, 20th July to Friday, 24th July, 2009 at Sinhale Sports Club Ground, Colombo, from 10:00 local, 04:30 GMT, 11.00 Pak Time. Sri Lanka already won the 3 match series by 2-0.

Sri Lanka won the 1st home series against Pakistan more importantly without their star spinner Muralitharan. Kulaskara and Herath are the new stars for them and fast bowler Chaminda Vaas has been called back in the team as veteran left-arm fast bowler will retire from test cricket after this match.

35 year old pace bowler made his debut agisnt the same Pakistan in 1994 at Kandy, played 110 tests and took 354 wickets at an average of 29.40 also scored 3085 runs at an average of 24.48 with 1 century.

Fawad Alam shown some character with brilliant century on his debut to become 1st Pakistani to score a century away from home but didn't find any support from others.
